The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support and drive the growth of the online retail operations. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will work closely with the Ecommerce team to optimize online sales channels, enhance customer experience, and ensure the smooth running of our ecommerce platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for online retail to make a significant impact on Iceland's digital strategy.

The Person

-Proven experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally within retail or consumer goods.

-Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools (experience with Magento, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus).

-Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.

-Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

-A passion for digital retail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Experience in SEO and optimizing online content is a plus.

-A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
