An industry leading organisation with offices in the Walsall area is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the expanding team. The ideal candidate possesses both a high level of technical expertise and an innate passion to build. You will play a critical role in creating and refining processes in order to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity.

About the Role

Location - Walsall

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities/Skills

• Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing specifications
• Experience building complex machine parts and the use of CNC programs from 3D models
• Identify and recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities
• Experience with PFD, PFMEA and DFMA processes
• Must have experience with NX
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate production process and evaluate potential changes
• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player
• Due to my clients requirements, candidates must be UK/EU citizens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in either Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 - 2 years' of engineering experience
