I am working with a leading Investment Bank on a new role, leading their Product Services business. My client are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and execute strategic objectives for the Markets and Securities Operations (EMEA) team. Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, implementing strategic change, and leading a diverse team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct strategic planning and execution of product services across Markets and Securities Operations.
• Manage and oversee critical deliverables and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s Medium Term Business Plan.
• Drive innovation through technology solutions and data analytics to enhance the Front Office’s service offering.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
• Manage the outsourcing model and oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure consistency and value.
