Your Experience:
- Demonstrated success in leading teams within a high-stakes security environment, preferably in aviation or a similarly regulated industry.
- A strong background in managing security risks, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of embedding creativity and innovation in operational processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as UK Security Clearance, AvSec Manager certification, or DfT Threat Assessment training are desirable.
