What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with complex needs.
Assist with implementing tailored learning plans that encourage development and engagement.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that helps children thrive.
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each child's needs are met.

What Were Looking For:

Experience working with children with additional needs, particularly in EYFS or Early Years settings.
A compassionate, patient approach to working with children who face challenges.
Confidence in supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, or other complex needs.
A proactive, adaptable mindset to help children overcome barriers to learning.

Eligibility Requirements:

Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply).
Two professional references related to childcare or SEN support.
