We are currently looking for an experienced Waiter to join a team who are passionate about providing excellent food, outstanding service and an unrivaled guest experience in a beautiful independent Michelin Star restaurant

Our client is a stunning Michelin star, 4 AA rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the Surrey Hills in Dorking. Having been named the 2019 AA Restaurant of the Year, the restaurant is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

The Person
The ideal Experienced Waiter will have:

• Experience as a waiter, ideally in a fine-dining restaurant
• The desire and motivation to work in a Michelin/multi rosette fine-dining environment
• Passion for wine with a base knowledge
• Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
• Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Their own reliable transport to the Dorking area
