Aspion are leading the search for a Sales Support Executive to join their current Aintree-based sales team responsible for looking after their domestic customers.
Job Summary
In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for supporting residential customers by providing product recommendations, answering queries, and assisting with sales via live-chat, phone, and email. The focus will be on excellent customer service and organisation, ensuring each interaction leads to a positive experience and helps drive sales through warm, reactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide live-chat, phone, and email support to residential customers, guiding them to the right products.
Follow up with customers who request samples, offering support and helping them through the decision-making process.
Recommend suitable products for smaller residential and commercial projects.
Take occasional orders from commercial customers and support the commercial sales team as needed.
Assist residential fitting inquiries and help connect customers with fitters.
Achieve monthly sales targets by offering timely and helpful customer service, including discount codes when applicable.
Assist in warming up commercial leads for the sales team when required.

About You
Passionate and customer-focused, eager to understand and meet customer needs.
Any past experience in a Sales Support, Sales Admin, Inbound Sales or any Sales related role is suitable.
Must be able to commute to the client's office based in North Liverpool
Energetic, fun, and confident personality.
Highly organised, with the ability to learn products quickly and recommend the right solutions.
