Sales Advisor

Job Description
We're on the lookout for a Sales Advisor to join our well established and expanding client within the Housing Development industry. The role is full time, permanent and based in Saltwash, Cornwall.
Hours: Monday - Friday (4 days office based with option to work from home 1 day per week)
Salary: £32,000 basic salary with OTE of £50,000 per annum
The Role:
Your primary role as a Sales Advisor is to sell new homes at or above target prices within the forecast timescales and in line with any rules and regulations to ensure exceptional service to our clients customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Initiating approaches to prospects, recording and following up all visitors, regularly updating and progressing all prospects via the CRM system.
· Attending to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers to ultimately effect a sale.
· Taking reservations and initiating all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support such sales, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
· Building up good working relationships and having continuous liaison with solicitors, estate agents, banks and building society managers and valuers.
· Managing part-exchange properties effectively by facilitating speedy resale.
· Providing feedback and making recommendations on pricing, house types, layouts, advertising and marketing strategy as appropriate.
· Ensuring the Sales Office, Show Homes, Demo Units, Stock Plots and associated gardens are well maintained, cleaned and kept up to date.
· To sell customer extras from our client's option range.
· Effective liaison with the Site Manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction progress and safe areas for viewing.
Your Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will require excellent communication and listening skills with experience in a similar sales / customer service driven role (experience within the new housing market would be beneficial).
Please note, it is essential to have a driving license and access to a car to commute for new business appointments as part of this role.
