Job Description
SRG are currently recruiting for a Global Medical Device company who are looking for a Facilities Lead or Facilities Manager to join the business. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Facilities management across site.
You will work with your team to;
Build and manage an Asset Health register.
Lead projects for the department.
Maintain compliance in PM and Statutory works.
Co-ordinate day-to day reactive breakdowns.
Manage Hard and Soft service contract services.
This role will also play a leading part in developing/delivering our ESG Roadmap to support our business commitment to reduce cabon emissions.Key Requirements;
Time served engineer or HNC/HND Qualified Engineer
Considerable knowledge and experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of control systems, programming and technical fault finding is essential
Knowledge in mechanical/electrical and pneumatic systems
Previous experience of improvement projects and leading teams
Experience in a regulated maintenance environment
Management experience within a maintenance framework would be a distinct advantage
Must be proficient with PC programs i.e. Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Statistical tools like Minitab or Jump, Project Mgmt (Microsoft Project, etc.), SAP.
Self - Motivation and flexibility of job assignments
Blend of leadership and technical skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Results and data orientated
Driven attitude with the ability to hold high working standards and challenge when required
Must be able to build a strong working relationship with employees on shop floor
