Nestled near Lincoln's historic city centre, our prestigious 4-star hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar & Lounge Manager to manage our elegant Cocktail Lounge and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

We need someone to:

* Oversee daily operations of our sophisticated bar, offering a selection of cocktails, brunch options, and light bites.
* Serve both hotel guests and visitors in a vibrant, dynamic setting.
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team, maintaining impeccable standards and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience of managing a fast-paced bar, especially with a diverse cocktail menu.
* Prior hotel experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills to guide a team effectively.
* Hands-on approach.
* Expertise in managing peak service times and cost control.
* Professionalism, attention to detail, and organisational excellence.
