Finance Reporting Accountant

Our client, a leading organisation within the environmental, manufacturing, and engineering sectors, is currently seeking a Finance Reporting Accountant to join their team on a 3 month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Analysing financial data to support decision-making processes
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Identifying and implementing process improvements in financial reporting
Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation

Job Requirements:

Experience in finance and accounting within relevant sectors
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant accounting qualification or equivalent experience
