Intermediate Building Surveyor - Full APC Support and Exciting Project Exposure!
A forward-thinking consultancy in London is seeking an ambitious Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and supportive team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an Intermediate Building Surveyor eager to gain full and tailored APC support, hands-on project exposure, and the chance to develop a well-rounded skillset within a collaborative environment.
The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor's Role
The Intermediate Building Surveyor will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, working on some of London's most prestigious and historic properties.
You'll take on diverse responsibilities, including contract administration, defect investigations, condition surveys, and project management, while receiving expert guidance throughout your APC journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering a full range of professional and project services.
Work on contract administration for projects up to £2,500,000+VAT.
Undertake insurance reinstatement projects, planned maintenance surveys, and defect investigations.
Contribute to party wall matters, licences for alterations, and reinstatement cost assessments.
Collaborate with senior surveyors and gain exposure to client relationships.
Progress towards MRICS qualification with comprehensive APC support.The Ideal Intermediate Building Surveyor will have
BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree.
Dedicated to APC progression.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
Team-oriented with the confidence to take initiative.In Return?
Salary: £28,500 - £48,500
Full APC training and structured support.
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
