As Facilities Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the school’s premises are safe, secure, and impeccably maintained. From overseeing health and safety compliance to creating spaces that support the vibrant activities of students, staff, and the community, your contribution will be at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to the Head of Facilities and Head of Estates within the Eltham College family, you’ll enjoy the support of a forward-thinking team, with autonomy to deliver.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and understands the nuances of statutory compliance, whilst leading the small in-house team. You'll act as the school’s registered Competent Person, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards while reflecting the school’s ethos of excellence, creativity, and care.
