Project Manager

Discover International has partnered with a global business, developing automation solutions for complex applications in the life science industry. The position is highly suitable for a Project Manager with an Engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Define key project milestones, Lead and manage the delivery of projects
• Maintain a detailed schedule (MS Project for complex jobs)
• Provide project leadership
• Manage project workbook including budget management, labour forecasts, change management, final acceptance testing, etc.
• Control all project changes that impact scope, schedule, budget or FAT/SAT Acceptance testing, (Tools provided by the company)
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Coordinate between all technical departments to ensure all aspects of the project are under control (design, software, electrical etc.)

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• Strong project management experience within the Automation, Control systems OR Engineering manufacturing industry
• Proven experience of successful project delivery on a multiple project and multi-disciplinary team basis
• Understanding of capital equipment engineering systems/automation
• Motivated and driven individual with can-do attitude
• Sound analytical skills, good problem solver
