Exciting Opportunity: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Midlands – £55 per hour – Fully Remote


Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Venn Group’s Legal team is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity with a Midlands-based Council who pride themselves on having a supportive and comfortable working environment.


We are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer for a fully remote, 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This role allows you to manage a diverse property caseload while enjoying the freedom of remote working.


What’s on Offer:

  • Interesting Caseload: Work on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including licences and leases, sales and purchases of land, shared ownership cases, and some residential conveyancing.
  • Competitive Rate: Earn up to £55 per hour via Umbrella, with flexibility and competitive remuneration. Please note there may be a degree of flexibility on this for the right candidate.
  • Fully Remote Role: Enjoy the benefits of working remotely, while staying connected with the team.
  • Team Building Opportunity: The Council holds a monthly non-compulsory team day, perfect for fostering connections and collaboration. Locums are warmly welcomed to attend and engage with colleagues in person.
