Your Role:
As a Training Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, delivering impactful training and creating resources that inspire our clients to unlock the full potential of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead top-tier training sessions—online, onsite, and in classrooms—showcasing the full potential of our products.
- Design and maintain engaging training materials tailored to various formats and client needs.
- Understand client requirements, track progress, and tailor training strategies for maximum adoption.
- Keep pace with updates and advancements in our software, ensuring training is always cutting-edge.
- Gather feedback, assess the impact of training sessions, and continually refine your approach.
- Guide new clients through implementation and provide internal training to onboard and upskill team members.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and adoption among existing clients.
Location: Henley-In-Arden - 3 days per week in the office & 2 days working from home. (Occasional visits to client site)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
