We’re a growing, dynamic consultancy that’s transforming how businesses approach data centres and critical infrastructure.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in shaping our global digital presence! If you’re a results-driven marketing pro with a passion for brand building, content creation, and event management, then this is the role for you.

You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing our digital brand, bringing our messaging to life at prestigious global expos and game-changing trade events attended by the giants of the tech world!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Corporate & Employee Branding: Own and elevate our brand across all digital channels. Build an identity that resonates, attracts talent, and keeps our company at the forefront of our industry!
  • Global Event Marketing: Lead the charge on our major corporate events and trade fairs (think data center expos and more), planning and executing every detail to perfection—from pre-event buzz to post-event engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create irresistible content that engages clients, candidates, and followers alike. Whether it’s blogs, social posts, or videos, you’ll know how to grab attention!
  • Social Media Mastery: Supercharge our presence, especially on LinkedIn. Be the voice that connects our company to the world, running campaigns that bring our followers into the conversation.
  • Campaigns & Analytics: Design and execute campaigns that achieve real results. Monitor performance, tweak strategies, and make sure every campaign hits the mark!
  • Event Logistics: You’ll be our go-to guru for organizing everything from venue selection to logistics, vendor management, and AV tech. You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy event environments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with creating killer digital campaigns, especially for global events.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM to maximize visibility and drive attendance at major events.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Eventbrite.
  • Strong social media presence and content creation skills for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with event planning, budgeting, and negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Eye for design and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Slides.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle unexpected challenges, and stay cool under pressure.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the tech or data center industries.

Why Global Commissioning?

  • Competitive salary & benefits (because you deserve it!).
  • Career development—We invest in you with continuous learning and growth.
  • Work hard, play hard—Company social events, and a supportive, innovative team.
  • Employee Benefits:

  • Cycle to work scheme!
