Job Description
Support Administrator – Barnsley
Contract until April 2025.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
£13.10 per hour.
Venatu Recruitment Group is currently looking for operation support administrator to support the construction service department.
Purpose of the role :
- To support the function of the Operations Section to meet client requirements.
- To contribute to the overall objectives of Construction Services.
- To help to ensure that the Operations Section is providing a highly efficient, economic, safe, customer focused and high quality service to all clients.
- To work closely with the Operations Managers to deliver service improvements in Construction Services.
Duties of the Job:
- Inputting timesheet
- Ordering materials
- Processing work orders
- Allocation of work
- Helping with projects and budgets
- Working to deadlines
- Customer Service
- To deal with sensitive information with regard to confidentiality, data protection and freedom of information
- To prepare paperwork relating to Voids
- To provide administrative support for Tool Box Talks, including minute taking
- To assist in resolving queries and enquiries from tenants, clients, customers and stakeholders
