Location: London and the South East
Salary: £65k
I’m partnering with a reputable office fit-out business to find an experienced Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company, renowned for delivering high-quality D&B JCT projects in the office fit-out sector.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, typically 2–3 at any given time, with values ranging from £500k to £1.5m. You’ll manage the entire project life cycle from mobilisation through to handover, with a strong focus on successful delivery.
What’s great about this role is the excellent support you’ll receive – Variation Orders and financial or contractual matters are all managed by the Pre-construction and Commercial teams, allowing you to concentrate on ensuring your projects run smoothly and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take charge of delivering office fit-out projects, ensuring the highest quality.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
* Oversee 2–3 projects simultaneously, depending on size and location.
* Work closely with Site Managers to ensure everything runs efficiently on-site.

* Proven experience managing office fit-out projects, ideally within the £500k–£1.5m range.
* Familiarity with D&B JCT contracts.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
