Accounts & Administration role
Remedicare Group
We are looking for a proactive individual to help support our Accounts Managers. We run three recruitment businesses and two education businesses and will require applicants to be able to handle multiple workloads. This is a new addition to our business and we want to help someone develop either into accounts as our business continues to grow.
Your time will be spent evenly helping generate invoices and working with our accounts manager to run cash flow reports. The successful applicant will also work with our sales managers to help chase invoices and produce reports based on their teams figures.
We have listed some key tasks;
Invoice generating
Cash Flow reporting
KPI reporting
Calling / Emailing clients & candidates regarding start dates / payment dates
Working with our sales managers to help manage candidates starting this will be done via calling candidates / clients on a daily basis for check-ins.
We can be flexible on working hours for this role and would consider applicants wanting to work around school hours. This would be office based with no remote options.
Monday to Friday ( hours can be flexible and hours would be reflected in salary )
