Job Purpose
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential assistance to our customers, ensuring that they receive the guidance and support necessary for their recovery. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment as they work towards rebuilding their lives.

Customer Interaction: Ensure all interactions with customers are accurately recorded and handed over to your shift partner.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls when staff are occupied, taking down the caller's name, company, phone number, and any messages they wish to convey.
Door Management: Respond promptly to the doorbell to enable clients to enter the building.
Welfare Checks: Use the welfare checklist to record residents you have seen or spoken with, noting your initials next to each entry.
Proactive Support: Assist clients at the reception window, conduct room checks, help clean vacant rooms or common areas, provide laundry keys as needed, and handle various tasks that arise throughout your shift.Essential Skills
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in the social care sector within the past 2 years.
A valid UK Driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not mandatory).
An enhanced DBS on the update service (can be applied for through us if you do not have one).How to Apply
