We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team within Vistry Devon South West, at our Exeter office. As our Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and direct sales support to the Sales and Marketing Team for Shared Ownership Sales to ensure the smooth running of the Sales & Marketing Department. To support the customer journey and effect timely exchanges through regular communications with Sage / Heylo, mortgage brokers and estate agents, dealing with issues promptly and efficiently. You will possess excellent planning and organisational skills and structured in your approach to work with a keen attention to detail in order to obtain and distribute compliance documentation to facilitate completions. You will have strong IT skills, process driven, with a passion for driving improvement.

Experience of working in a PA or administrative role, working to tight deadlines
Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office
Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders

Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business

Able to produce accurate work, to tight deadlines
Able to work both as part of a team and independently when required

Business administration qualification

Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department by collating all Compliance documentation to hand over homes to our Shared Ownership Partners. This will involve a close relationship with our subcontractors providing and checking documentation
Assist the Sales Consultants where required for Partnership legal completions and handovers
Assist the Sales Progressor by providing legal updates weekly in Build Sales to assist with cash flow.
Input into internal sales system, "Keys" and produce necessary reports.
Assist in database trawl to book appointments to site
To create and Supply KID (Key Information Document) 1 Forms
Process any sales extras raised by Partners or customers through to payment by either party
Attend weekly Sage call to discuss leads / Sales / Marketing / Completions
Attend site meeting with Partnership Employers Agent and action any outstanding Sales Points
Monitor and Collate all Practical Completion certificates from Partners so Vistry are able to account for completion funds
Stock check and sign off all completed Partnership Homes on a biweekly basis. Liaise with site team to action any work required.
Liaise with internal departments and external contractors
Respond to and resolve a wide range of queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure you have read the Company's health and safety policies and procedures observe them at all times.
Ensure your workplace is kept tidy and any hazards are eliminated or reported to your line manager.
Attends all health and safety training as required by the Company.
Liaise with customers and escalate queries to the relevant area.Finally, let's tell you a bit more about us…
