Account Consultant - Programme Delivery
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience + OTE and benefits
Location: London/Hybrid
About the role:
The key purpose of the role is to support the hiring of laboratory scientists and other related positions within the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Drink, and Clinical sectors. As an Account Consultant, you will manage an established client base with a steady stream of roles, without any sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and effectively manage a candidate pipeline.
Build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Qualify roles, fully briefing with stakeholders.
Work in a consultative way with your clients, educating and advising on the current market.
Regular engagement with clients and Managed Service Providers to maintain the current job flow.
Support candidates through the recruitment process: CV advice, interview organisation, interview preparation, provision of feedback, management of the offer process, salary negotiation, pre and post start check in.
Person specification:
Ideally degree in a STEM subject preferred or scientific experience.
Previous experience in recruitment preferred, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Interested in people and naturally inquisitive.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
