Job Description
A UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world’s greatest driving cars is currently looking to hire a Harness Technician. The successful candidate will build electrical wiring harnesses to exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Harness Technician will:
Support the assembly of complex, first-time builds and prototypes.
Fulfill any duties required by the company to ensure quality products and services are delivered to customers on time and in full.
Select and prepare lineside stock parts required for assembly.
Identify and report any build-related issues, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities to your line manager.
Follow all procedures and processes to meet the day-to-day requirements of the business, as well as quality and health and safety standards.
The Harness Technician will have:
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace)
Experience with Cirris or other electrical harness testing software
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and component.
