Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £27-29,000 Dependant on experience

A dynamic architectural practice, known for its bespoke residential and cultural projects in the South West of England, is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with post-Part 2 experience. The role involves contributing to high-end residential schemes and working across all RIBA stages. Ideal candidates will have strong design, technical, and communication skills, with experience navigating UK planning and building regulations.

This is an opportunity to grow within a supportive, employee-owned studio renowned for its innovative designs in stunning rural and coastal settings.

Vectorworks is used within the practice, so experience would be highly beneficial.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Part 2 qualified with post Part 2 experience.
Boast design flare and strong technical skills.
Contribute to high-end residential projects across all RIBA stages.
Develop designs with a focus on quality, context, and sustainability.
Collaborate on planning applications and manage technical drawing packages.
Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations.
Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Experience working in a client-facing role.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for architecture.
