Chroma is seeking an 2nd Line SupportTechnician to join a dynamic, client-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Offering a competitive salary of up to £33K per annum, alongside hybrid working (2 days working from home), this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become part of a forward-thinking and innovative IT team.

As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be pivotal in maintaining smooth IT operations for clients. Your responsibilities will involve prioritising and resolving technical issues, often managing around 20 active tickets across 10 different customers at any given time. Youll also visit client sites to handle Wi-Fi upgrades, resolve network problems, and provide hands-on technical support, ensuring clients receive top-quality service and solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience working within an MSP environment.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Solid understanding of Azure
- Hands-on experience with router and firewall installation and configuration.
