Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Wembley
Start Date: Immediate
Primary School Teaching Assistant
Our partner primary school in Wembley is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated LSA's to support students' learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils in both group and one-to-one settings.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Foster emotional and social development through creative and interactive methods.
Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and participation.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
A caring and patient approach, with strong communication skills.
Ability to inspire and engage pupils with enthusiasm and creativity.
Experience working with SEN pupils is advantageous but not essential.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are preferred.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive school community.
