Description
The successful candidate will likely ahve the following repsonsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial operations within the department.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports and statements.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.
Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
Collaborate with other department leaders to optimise financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Play a key role in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
Professional accounting certification (e.g. ICAS, ACCA, CIMA).
Exp in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.Job Offer
This role offers a competitive salary between £55,000-£60,000 plus benefits
