Job Description
Morgan McKinley are delighted to be working with a well established business in Central Bristol looking for a Credit Controller. This is a great opportunity to join a well established Credit Control team within a busy finance team.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of invoices and expected payment timelines.
Ensure timely distribution of account reminders, statements, and other relevant communications.
Escalate unresolved issues and highlight potential risks to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions using the assigned management system.
Conduct account reconciliations when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to address outstanding payments and related concerns.
Follow up on unidentified payments and ensure accurate allocation.
Provide responsive and efficient support tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to mitigate risks and support satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Investigate and resolve payment-related queries, including reissuing invoices or credit notes.
Undertake additional duties as assigned.The package:
Salary - £28,000
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office after training
Private medical
