Regional Projects Manager – Technical Services Management Consultancy
Location: South of England (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, circa £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Join a growing technical services management consultancy as the Regional Projects Manager, overseeing multiple high-value projects across the South of England.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and expanding business. With a strong focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages, my client partners with leading main contractors and developers to ensure seamless project delivery from pre-construction to commissioning. While execution is outsourced to specialist subcontractors, they take pride in providing expert support, coordination, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role:
As the Regional Projects Manager, you will:
* Oversee and support a team of 4 project managers currently managing 8 projects in the South. (Subject to expansion)
* Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
* Ensure successful project delivery, aligning with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Provide expert guidance on M&E packages, resolving challenges from pre-construction to commissioning phases.
* Drive business development initiatives to grow the organisation’s presence in the South, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
* Report directly to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and regional growth.
About You:
You will bring:
* Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project management, with a deep understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages.
* A track record of delivering high-value projects, ideally exceeding £10m.
* Previous experience in line management, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
* A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
* Flexibility to travel across the South of England as needed, balanced by hybrid working options.
