About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager to join their team. The manager will oversee the showroom's day-to-day operations and foster an environment of growth by seeking out opportunities for expansion and developing new relationships with local businesses and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion.
• Recruit, onboard and train high-performance employees.
• Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Develop plans for optimized productivity.
• Delegate responsibilities to maintain policies, standards and training programs.
• Staff Management and Leadership.
• Maintain project timelines.

About You:

• A proven track record in motor vehicle sales to achieve sales, profitability and market share.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dealership experience and ability to deal with multiple franchises is essential.
