As the Team Leader/ Wound Rep, you will leverage Solventums science, market leading technologies, trusted brand, and global reach to actively shape wound care. This position is accountable for leading the team in WA with strong team engagement and support. This position supports the Division Sales Leader’s to work closely with our customers and team to drive the Medical Surgical business growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring the sales plan / account plan / effective sales strategy to meet set revenue and growth targets as well as assist with the daily running of the Wound care pilar.

Principal Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities:


• Responsible for the development and implementation of sales plans for the business.
• Lead the WA team of Territory Managers and assist team when required.
• Develop customer value-based proposals to the wider business team.
• Identify and capture major opportunities for WA and ensure team has clarity around actions required to drive business growth.
• Build good relationships with key stakeholders and key opinion leaders related to Wound Care.
• Accountable for achieving and striving to exceed the Sales Target for your territory
• selling and providing clinical education to existing Medical Surgical Division customers on the benefits of Solventum products to drive and grow revenue.
• identifying new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the Wound Care Pillar, to drive and grow revenue
• Ensures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directives
• Develops a deep knowledge of the solutions offered by Solventum Medical Surgical Division and how they can be applied in clinical settings
• Conduct professional and impactful business reviews to help customers understand current trends, deliver savings opportunities, identify key initiatives, and facilitate projects that drive value to the customer and Solventum Position Qualifications,

Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field of medical science or nursing or clinical medicine related disciplines, working in medical device business.
• Experience in Advanced Wound Care or Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is preferred.
• Sales experience and/or experience in motivating and developing a team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hospital market
• Familiarity in the operating room environment is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with interpreting and understanding financial information is beneficial.
• Able to work under time pressure and work independently.
• You are a person who exudes good judgement in decision making.
