Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Work Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting WHS initiatives and ensuring their seamless implementation across the entire value chain—from vine to glass. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with WHS frameworks while fostering a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach supervisors and managers on safety and well-being leadership, culture and upholding WHS standards in the workplace.
  • Support and coach leaders to ensure compliance and improve risk perception in WHS matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of WHS improvement programs within the business.
  • Guide teams in conducting high quality incident investigations, toolbox talks, and Safety and Wellbeing meetings
  • Facilitate the sharing of WHS learnings across the organisation.
  • Lead and conduct WHS Audits.
About You:
  • You will have participated in and influenced culture change in an organisation.
  • You will have managed the implementation of new systems or improved existing safety systems and processes within an organisation.
  • You will have managed the coaching of others to support them in understanding the importance of Health and Safety.
