Our client, a boutique building certification firm specialising in residential construction, is seeking a full-time Level 3 Building Certifier. This role, based in Burleigh Heads, offers a dynamic and supportive environment where your experience beyond cadetship will be valued and nurtured.

As a Building Certifier with our client, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with building standards for residential projects. You will be a critical part of a close-knit team, collaborating with builders and developers to deliver high-quality, compliant homes. Here's what you'll be up to:

• Providing building certification services for residential construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations.
• Communicating with builders and developers to ensure projects meet all requirements.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards, laws, and technical developments.
• Using advanced technology to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

What you need to bring:

• Level 3 Building Certifier qualifications with experience beyond cadetship.
• Onsite building experience, essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with builders, developers, and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
• A professional, respectful work ethic with integrity and a commitment to high standards.
• Eligibility to clear probity checks, including a criminal history check.
