What we are looking for: Ambitious, talented, and hard-working Senior Attorney who will help contribute to the success of MBA Inc. Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes): LLB or LLM Degree Admitted Attorney 6 years or more post admission experience Right of Appearance in the High Court Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Competition Law. Administrative, Public and Constitutional Law. Compliance and Regulatory Law. Municipal Law. Insurance Law. Tax Law. ICT and Telecommunications Law. Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills Persuasive Writing Skills Emotional Intelligence Interpersonal Skills Leadership Skills Presentation Skills Research Skills Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills Project Management Skills Required Attributes: Adaptable and organised. Must be able to work on different projects simultaneously. Extreme attention to detail. Must be able to run the litigation department independently reporting only to the directors. Willing to work extra hours in a high-pressured environment.
