Job Description

Job Title: Technical Specialist Rules & Regulations Location: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Degree in Law, Engineering, or related field. In-depth knowledge of industry regulations. Strong communication and documentation skills. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken). Beneficial requirements: Ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively. Experience in compliance and risk management. Duties and responsibilities: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop and update internal processes to meet regulatory requirements. Conduct audits and assessments for regulatory compliance. Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters. Prepare reports and documentation for audits.
