Join Lynk & Co as an Area Sales Manager for Northern Italy (Milan) Be a key player in our Sales Organization, driving Lynk & Co’s transformation journey in the northern region of Italy. Based in Milan, you’ll work closely with dealers and partners, supporting our shift to a Dual Distribution model while promoting Lynk & Co’s growth. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Commercial Director in Italy. What You’ll Do Strategize and Plan : Collaborate with dealers to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with Lynk & Co’s goals. Drive Sales : Lead market meetings, promotional activities, and dealer training programs to boost performance. Analyze and Improve : Monitor regional performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement improvements to meet targets. Collaborate : Work with the Key Account Manager to enhance fleet and online sales. Ensure Customer Satisfaction : Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives across new and used car businesses in your region. What You Should Have University degree (preferred) and experience in automotive sales or similar roles. Strong industry knowledge and proven business development skills. Leadership training or experience (a plus). Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Why This Role?
