Husk Power Systems - Business Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Key Responsibilities : - Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Interpret and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable insights to inform business decisions. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements for various projects and initiatives. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to answer specific business questions and address stakeholders' inquiries. - Continuously monitor data quality, identify data discrepancies, and implement corrective measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques. - Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and senior leadership. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to create interactive dashboards and reports. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
