The Role of Personal Injury Claims Handler:

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Claims Handler:
Validate, investigate, and negotiate third-party Personal Injury claims
Manage and prioritise your caseload effectively
Make accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
Handle claims in compliance with industry standards, including OIC and MOJ processes, pre-action protocol, and litigation procedures
Assess claims with a focus on commercial impact and the best interests of the business
Identify and address potentially spurious claims
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout You:
To succeed as Personal Injury Claims Handler, you'll bring:
Proven experience handling personal injury claims, preferably with an Insurer
A solid understanding of rehabilitation solutions and industry procedures
Strong organisational and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen and attention to detail
