Job Title: Social Housing Joiner
Location: Liverpool, UK
Salary: £19.00 p/h Umbrella
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Description:

Building Careers are currently looking for a competent Joiner on behalf of one of our Social Housing Clients.

As a Joiner you will play a pivotal role in fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair projects, starting Immediately, you will also be provided with a company van and fuel card.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in Social Housing
Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
NVQ certification.
CSCS Card
Possession of a Valid Full Clean UK Driving License.
Strong communication skillsResponsibilities:

Undertake various joinery tasks including fitting doors, windows, kitchens, and flooring.
Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.Who to contact?
