Job Title: Learning Support Assistant- 1:1 in KS2
Location:
A lovely Primary school in Whitick is looking for a 1:1 TA to support in the MORNINGS across KS2 classes, after Christmas.
Job Type:
Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

£83.85 - £90 Per day
Qualifications:
GCSE Maths, GCSE English
Skills:
Communication
Listening
Initiative
Efficient/organised
Job Duties:
Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
Assist in implementing individual education plans
Support the teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Help students develop their communication and social skills
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Education:
Minimum of GCSE qualifications required
Experience:
Prior experience working with students with learning difficulties would be preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to listen and respond effectively
Initiative to work independently or as part of a team
Efficient organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous, or any qualificiation realavent to leanring support.
Working Conditions:
Work in a school environment, supporting students during school hours, between 8.30-12.30, Monday to Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
