Trainee Manufacturing Operative

NO EXPERIANCE NEEDED:

Our Engineering and Manufacturing client based in Lymingtonare recruiting for a new member of staff to join their ever-growing company in the role of a Production operative. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who offer great training, development and career progression.

These positions will involve assisting theteam in building and assembling our client's product. Using products and processes that are unique to the business.

What the role needs from the candidate Responsibilities.

• Material preparation, stretching and pressing,

• Cutting, stripping, rolling of materials,

• Reading Engineering drawings with measurements and dimensions,

• Basic hand tool skills to perform duties,

• Identify any errors before products are sent to Quality Control,

Skills and experience needed from candidate

• Comfortable to work on your feet all day,

• Some experience within a manufacturing environment, not essential though,

• Happy to go through a training process,

• Comfortable using Hand Tools.

Salary and Working Hours

• £11.57ph, overtime rates are applicable,

• Monday Friday 0800-1600,37.5 per week,

• This contract is a temp to perm,with a view to go permeant after qualify period.
