Job Description

Are you ready to make a real difference in people's lives? At Prestige Nursing East Lancashire, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Coordinator to join our Blackburn office team. You'll play a key role in planning, organising, and overseeing exceptional care and support for individuals in their homes and care settings.

We're offering a competitive salary of £28,300 to £33,875 per year, depending on your experience and to be agreed upon with the successful candidate.

What We're Looking For:

While experience in planning and coordinating is preferred, it's not essential. What matters most is your flexible, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great organisational skills and a passion for improving lives.



Your Key Responsibilities:

  • - Create and manage staff rosters using Webroster.
  • - Allocate, process, and oversee new care package referrals.
  • - Handle changes to care packages and maintain accurate staff availability records.
  • - Respond to calls and inquiries professionally, escalating as needed.
  • - Collaborate with colleagues, professional bodies, and family members to ensure the best outcomes for service users.


Success in this Role Will Look Like:

  • - Meeting utilisation and performance targets.
  • - Ensuring care is allocated effectively to meet service users' needs.
  • - Supporting the branch team in achieving business and compliance objectives.
