We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse primary school in Colindale, London. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing vital support for booster groups, interventions, and children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will be responsible for creating a positive, nurturing learning environment, assisting students in reaching their full potential. As a Supply TA, your flexibility will allow you to work across different year groups and in various settings, ensuring every day is dynamic and rewarding. You’ll work alongside dedicated teachers and staff, providing personalised support to students who need it the most. Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in primary education.
• Experience working with SEN students or children requiring additional support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, caring attitude and a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different classes and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for students in KS1 and KS2, helping them catch up on missed learning and reach their targets.
• Assist with SEN interventions, ensuring students with additional needs receive the care and support they deserve.
• Support classroom teachers with everyday learning activities, ensuring students remain engaged and motivated.
• Work flexibly across different year groups and educational settings, adapting to the unique needs of each student.
• Help create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment where all students can thrive.
