Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Legal Practice Manager to join their team and support the firm’s growth and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's overall performance, ensuring compliance, maintaining high morale among staff, and contributing to the firm’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations and compliance functions, as well as enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the Directors in implementing executive decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff, manage workloads, enhance efficiency, and foster a positive work environment.
Handle the practical needs and facilities necessary for effective daily operations of the practice.
Ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency contracts and maintain Lexcel, Legal 500, and Chambers accreditations.
Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and promptly manage client enquiries and complaints.
Uphold and enhance the firm’s brand, reputation, and market presence.
Manage performance data, financial records, and prepare reports for the Directors.
Assist the Directors in executing executive decisions and strategic initiatives.Requirements:
Law-based qualifications such as LLB, LLM, LPC, or BVC.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a law practice.
Former practising Solicitor or Barrister status or significant experience in the Criminal Justice Sector or as a Law Clerk.
Experience working with the Legal Aid Agency, Bar Standards Board, or Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and client-focused skills.Benefits:
