Job Description

We’re seeking a Finance Manager to take a proactive, hands-on approach in driving financial performance, managing audits, and leading an established Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight with day-to-day involvement in key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate financial reports, board packs, and P&L forecasts.

Lead internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits.

Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost control.

Oversee tax compliance and financial obligations.

Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team, driving performance.

Drive process improvements and efficiency across the function.
What We’re Looking For:

A hands-on, detail-focused approach to finance management.

Audit exposure.

Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge.

Forecasting and budget setting experience

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Advanced Excel skills (pivots etc)
We sucessfully operate a hybrid working model of 3 days working from home and 2 days office based.
