Production Assistant

Responsibilities Operate and monitor equipment for filling, labeling, and packing bottles under the supervision of the Production Supervisor. Ensure bottles are filled accurately and meet quality standards, adhering to company production guidelines. Apply labels to bottles with precision and ensure proper placement and alignment. Pack finished bottles into boxes or crates, ensuring they are securely packaged for distribution. Perform routine quality checks on filled and labeled bottles to maintain high product standards. Keep the production area clean, organized, and free from hazards, complying with health and safety regulations Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the Production Supervisor promptly. Assist in tracking inventory of raw materials and finished goods, notifying the supervisor of low stock levels. Support general production operations, including preparing materials and cleaning equipment as needed. Requirements Matric. Must not have taken part in the YES Program before. South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34. Good communication and leadership skills. DemonstratesDemonstrates interest to learn and can adapt easily. Able to work independently but remain a team player.
