Service and Aftersales Manager

Minimum Requirements Minimum 8 years experience in the generator business alternatively heavy construction equipment At least 5 years experience in a management role Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in engineering / mechanical-industrial electrical Excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines Tasks will be as follows; To plan and manage the necessary activities for malfunction, assembly, periodic controls, warranty and commissioning processes. To determine and supply all kinds of purchasing needs related to the maintenance and repair of generators. To follow the satisfaction of the customers from the service team, to follow the process of solving the complaints or the problems conveyed. To make business plans in line with the company's quality policy and targets, to act within these plans in order to achieve the planned service targets. Creating service targets and preparing periodic service reports / Conducting research in new or targeted markets and identifying potential customers.
