Duties and Responsibilities: Perform recruitment functions Coordinate and complete appointments of employees Conduct Induction and On-boarding Check attendance reporting and shifts Report on overtime and leave administration Handle Payroll Administration tasks Track and control key task administration Submit payroll information Administer documentation for injuries on duty Capture training information Administer employee exit process Manage Payroll & Employee record Filing Requirements: Diploma in HR Management / or studying towards Proficiency in Word and Excel Training and experience in Visio, ERS Biometrics, and Afiswitch advantageous Sound knowledge of labour laws Good coordination and communication skills Recruitment skills
