Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Compile and format engineering reports using data provided by engineers. Create graphs, charts, and diagrams based on technical data using Excel and other tools. Assist with administrative tasks related to reports, including passing along or requesting necessary information for quotes and invoices. Support engineers with any other administrative tasks related to technical reports. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). A minimum of 2 years of experience in a strong administrative role, with relevant skills for handling reports and data visualization. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for handling and visualizing data. Ability to manage administrative tasks effectively. Energetic, motivated, and eager to learn.
